Last night i only had one ice-cream! WOO HOO! BIG step for me!

Thursday

Ok so today i was supposed to do exercise - but i didn't. So i'm going to treble the steps for exercise - 3 points for every 15 mins - but only until i get into it a bit more.

so anyway - today i went to TGI Fridays - BUT i didn't eat all of my meal - i stopped when i was content and didn't have that over the top full feeling so - go for me!

One step back - i ate two ice-creams for dessert. Back to 20,012,520 steps.

First Step

First step - i didn't have MacDonalds for Lunch.
i was at Melbourne Central - all on my own - no one to judge me. And i wanted MacDonalds for lunch.
'just one small meal' evil me said. 'your on holidays anyway'
'NO!' good me said 'Get a Boost instead.'
So i went with the fruit. And i have to tell you - the Berry Berry Light was delicious!'
